The Home Guarantee Scheme (HGS) is an Australian Government initiative to support eligible home buyers to buy a home sooner.

Low-cost long-term loans to registered community housing providers for social and affordable housing through the Affordable Housing Bond Aggregator (AHBA). 

Through the National Housing Infrastructure Facility Critical Infrastructure (NHIF CI) we finance critical infrastructure to unlock and accelerate new housing supply.

Through the NHIF Social and Affordable Housing (NHIF SAH), we provide concessional loans and grants to directly support new social or affordable housing projects. 

The NHIF Crisis and Transitional (NHIF CT) provides grants and loans to support the delivery of new crisis and transitional housing projects for vulnerable Australians. 

Co-investment finance to support the delivery of 40,000 social and affordable homes across Australia, through the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility and National Housing Accord Facility.
