Today, Housing Australia confirms the release of the list of preferred projects selected under Funding Round One of the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) and National Housing Accord Facility (NHAF).
Housing Australia is pleased to reveal 29 projects have reached contract close as at 3 March 2025, to deliver 2,107 social and affordable homes, and continues to work closely with applicants to progress contract negotiations with projects included on the list to reach contractual close by 30 June 2025.
